Never Enough

“Never Enough” is the 8th song on One Direction’s fifth studio album, Made in the A.M. This song was leaked twice, in the form of a hotel video in July 2015, and once again with the majority of the album during an early listening party in November 2015. With trumpets blaring and the band’s occasional grunting, this song is said to have a “jungle” vibe. This song is co-written by Niall Horan, Julian Bunetta, and John Ryan. Band member Niall cited this as his favorite song off the album stating it was “different from anything [they’ve] ever done” Musically uptempo, this song is clearly influenced by the contributions of Ladysmith Black Mambazo to Paul Simon’s Graceland.
